Alcohol is not included. You provide it, or we can pick it up for you with our Alcohol Procurement Service. Final pricing depends on guest count, hours, location, staffing and any add-ons.

How we staff your event

We recommend one bartender for every 50 guests so the line keeps moving. Staffing is set by guest count, whichever package you choose. Events that need extra bartenders receive a staffing adjustment in the final quote.

    Take your cocktails from pretty to party-worthy. Upgrade your garnish game with elevated, eye-catching details that make every pour feel a little more special.

    Raise a glass to the moment! We’ll handle the pour and presentation so your guests can simply grab a glass, gather together, and toast to something worth celebrating.

    No alcohol? No problem. Give every guest something special to sip with a curated mocktail menu featuring refreshing, elevated creations that feel just as festive as the cocktails.

  • Alcohol procurement and pickup $75 to $150+
    Skip the liquor run. We’ll coordinate your alcohol list and handle the pickup, so everything is ready to go for your event. Add it to your package.

What does "dry bar" mean? Do you supply the alcohol?

We provide everything except the alcohol: bartender, bar, tools, ice, mixers, garnishes and service. You buy and own the alcohol, purchased from a licensed Florida retailer.

Any unopened or leftover alcohol stays yours.

Where do you serve?

We serve events within 25 miles of Downtown Orlando at no extra travel cost. We're happy to travel farther, with a travel fee we'll include in your quote.

How do I reserve my date?

Your date is reserved once we receive a signed agreement and a 30% non-refundable retainer.

The remaining 70% is due 14 days before your event. If it isn't paid by then, the event may be cancelled and the retainer is not refunded.

Can you help me figure out what I need for my event?

Absolutely. You don't have to have everything figured out before reaching out. Tell us about your event, and we'll help you determine the bar setup, services, and details that will work best for you.

Can you pick up the alcohol for me?

Yes. With our Alcohol Procurement and Pickup service ($75 to $150+, depending on distance, quantity and time), we shop from a licensed retailer on your behalf, as Florida law allows.

You pay the store price, and we never add a markup to the alcohol itself. You get the original receipt, and our service fee is billed separately. We can help estimate quantities, but you approve the final shopping list.

How far ahead should I book custom services?

Custom cocktails, signage, menus and other special touches need planning time and may have their own deadlines. Let us know early and we'll share the dates when you book.

What if I have something in mind for my bar that isn't listed in your packages?

We love a good idea. If you have a vision that isn't listed, tell us what you're dreaming up. From unique details to completely custom touches, we're always happy to explore how we can bring it to life.

Is there anything you won't serve?

For everyone's safety, our bartenders won't serve anyone underage or visibly intoxicated, and we won't serve where it would break the law or venue rules.

Please check that your venue allows alcohol, and arrange any permits it needs.

What affects my final price?

Every event is a little different. Your final price is based on factors like guest count, service hours, package selected, and any custom add-ons or upgrades you choose. Once we know the details of your event, we'll provide a personalized quote with everything clearly outlined.

Please confirm your final guest count before we send the final invoice. Guests added after that may mean extra staffing and service charges.
